On your way to the Bryce Canyon National Park along US 89, you may want to stop by Circleville Cafe. This is small town roadside cafe that serves home-cooked food.
I always prefer to eat at small, local restaurants for two reasons: first, it is cheaper compared to other fancy and bigger restaurants, and second, I always feel at home with the warm welcome from the owners and the meals cooked from fresh ingredients.
You won’t have a problem finding a seat inside Circleville Cafe. While the cafe is small, when I was there for lunch, there were only a few locals and a couple of travelers. Service was fast and the lady server was friendly. Also, you can smell your food being cooked and then served to you in generous portion!
There aren’t too many restaurants or fast food chains in this stretch of US 89. If you can find one, it may be closed on a Sunday. Circleville Cafe, however, is open everyday. The are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I would recommend this place if you are driving through the area.
