New Mexico State University (NMSU) owns the Landscape Gardens in Las Cruces. I happened to visit the place when I was on my way to the Old Town Messila. It is located along W. University Ave, just right after the S. Main St. intersection.
The garden is small but it is worth the visit. As the name implies, the garden is landscaped in way that you can follow a gravelly path for viewing the various plant species inside.
Find this gate and you’d find the Landscape Gardens.
The moment you enter the gate, this gazebo will welcome you.
Pathways lead you to different plant species.
