It is not as big as the other Old Town districts I’ve been to, but the Old Town Albuquerque still gives you the feel of the old west at the turn of the century. This is a wonderful place to stroll, wind down, pick up some souvenirs, and wander during the day.
Explore the stores.
There are so many galleries and artsy shops, but costly.
San Felipe de Neri Church in full view.
Of course, there’s the San Felipe de Neri Church. This historic Catholic church built in 1793, is one of the oldest surviving buildings in Albuquerque.
Rest awhile.
Enjoy the songs. Catch a live act at the central plaza gazebo.
Old-looking, indeed.
It is interesting to walk around and just see the old architecture.
Local artists.
Experience a little bite of history and live music.
Great little places to rest, eat and get a snack.
There are numerous jewelry and souvenir stores.
Will you be visiting Old Town district?

Warning: Parking maybe hard to find. We went there early in the morning and parking was easy. When we left around noon, there were many looking for a space.
